I want to say a huge thank you for the science of night photography in the topic header, I myself would never have thought that in night photography, you can put "day lighting" in manual mode. As a minimum, put ISO as in the second picture - 200.

The difference is visible when viewed at 100% magnification. Plugin for photoshop Ninja or Neat Image. Both are good, but with Ninja easier. We must deal with NI. Although there is nothing difficult.
