In February, the head of VTB, Andrei Kostin, on the sidelines of the Russian Investment Forum announced that the decision to sell Tele2 shares to Rostelecom could be made within a month. The owners of these salons receive up to 70% of the amount of subscription fees during the year (if this information from the franchise description is true), and most likely it was a new salon with the owner, who gave the wrong staff to their employees, to sell all the most expensive tariff plans.
There will be no sense from unscrupulous sales to old people of such useless and expensive tariffs, they will surely find out that regular communication costs much less and goes to another operator.
