I tested it. A bit from myself:

TapScanner 2.0.52 Premium Mod (May, 2019)

Russified. OCR recognition only through the cloud.
Processing Modes:Auto, Original, Light, Polished, Gray, B / W, B / W 2.
Autodetection of borders after a snapshot of the camera is inaccurate, you have to manually correct all the time.
There is a magnifying glass, but it is made inconveniently, by a lower semicircle.
When framing, guides are not magnetised to the edge of the document.
In B / W cram jpeg RGB (for all so).
The resolution of the scans (photo) is high, but in PDF it is stuffed with a low-resolution jpeg (two times lower, maybe in the settings you can fix it, but you could not find it).
There is a manual preprocessing of a shot photocan with two sliders.
For PDF, there is a choice of save formats (page sizes).
The scanner is still weak, merges competitors.
