harbuzilia2002 , on Xtu, however, and on ThrottlingStop, the undervolting is reset upon rebooting / blue screen / departure, if not set to autoload. So you can lower the tension to madness ... drive on stress tests and when the result satisfies you - do autoloading. upd. But even if it is already in autoload and the laptop will be chopped off when logging into Windows - you can always go into "Safe Mode".
But in underworld in Bios - a completely different song. It can even go to the extraction of the CMOS battery from the motherboard.
