In this topic, the error is described as a firmware problem (flashing the device), and not a readout like mine.
You are not right.
This error is described as a PC-program-device interaction error.
The fact that users most often flash devices, than remove them from a backup, and accordingly the flashing process is most often discussed, does not make your conclusion correct. For example, if you were not too lazy / scared to read tips on solving a problem, you would notice that these tips are not always directly related to the flashing process (for example, can you change the version of the program, can you apply to creating backup?). This is the first.
Secondly, any (!) Problems with the use of this program are in any case solved in that topic.
However, no one forces you to listen to the advice given to you on the forum. You can always stay in your personal theme created by you, continue to believe that your problem is exceptional, and wait for someone to come up with something personally for you. It is your right to choose how to lose your time.
