Hello!
Tell me please.
There is Miui 10, 8.8.3 Chinese, I want to change the font, because in my native Russian letters look terrible and stretched, I used the advice:
Or download an empty patch Attached filepatch.zip (130,16 РљР‘)
through any archiver-explorer, put the components into the destination folder default and flash through twrp
I downloaded the patch, put the fonts folder and the icon file from the desired theme into the target default folder, as a result, the icons changed, but the font remained the same, although I used it on custom, and everything was fine.
Tell me where to dig, or can a patch for twrp be done in order to replace the system font completely with mine?
UPD: I found another way to use third-party fonts in Chinese and globals It should also work, I think with icons and other elements will also come out, but it's quite tedious and long.
- In general, I imported the font I needed, appeared in the list, but does not apply. I found a free font in the store, I downloaded it, it also appeared in the list, but it applies, but we are still on the standard one!
- Next, open the explorer, enable the display of hidden files, go along the path MIUI>theme>.data>content>fonts
We see there are 2 files "a bunch of numbers and letters. Mrc", this is our fonts, it is provided that you have 2 imported fonts.
- Now, to understand which one is yours, and which one is downloaded, you need to, or import them with a period of time, and remember which one of them was first added, and then determine it by date and time of the file ...
Either we make copies of these files and put them in the same folder (I did this through rootexplorer, he just added the word "Copy" to the file name), in the end we have 4 files, go to the manager of the files and delete the font you want to use.
- Then we return to the explorer along the same path, and we already see 3 files.
- Next, copy the name of the original file, then delete the file, and paste this name into a copy of our third-party font, you can delete the second copy.
- Now in the theme manager, apply the font downloaded from the store, it will now be yours.
I think it is also possible to change anything, only to do it in the appropriate folders.
Painted in detail for beginners. And if in brief, then just go along the specified path and do the substitution of the source file for your own, everything!
