Charging station for cafes / restaurants | [HELP] [HOW-To] [Hand-Made] Electricists, I really need your help!

Rep: (0)
Good day to all! ;)

My situation is as follows:
I develop my charging station.
Existing solutions offered by our Chinese friends look outnetic and have limited functionality. I believe that this device can be done at times better and in Russia.

But I can't collect her alone and I appeal to you, all who understands electronics, chips, charged boards and everything connected with it.
In order not to paint a big message, I attach a small one. The task where you can understand how the device should look ultimately.

The question will be the following: Does everything really be implemented from the conceived? And if you really, how to implement it?
Answer format can choose any, here on the forum, private message (there are contacts VK in my profile) or a personal meeting if you are near St. Petersburg or Lo.

I will be grateful to everyone who answers!

Does everything really be implemented from the conceived?

Really all but a lot of units of type toilet with music

And if you really, how to implement it?

This is in general your problem, you probably have money for it and pay :)

* Allefer,
WiFi / GPS is exactly extra.
Second. The payback when using a plastic body of the resulting casting under high pressure will start from the party in hundreds of thousands, otherwise it will be cheaper to make the body from tin and from above to zero (honestly. In modern electronics, the housing (or rather the "cost" of manufacturing matrices for injection molding machines) make up to fifty%).
Third. Aluminum. This is either stamping or milling. Stamping - we make the body easier, we use in all point welding. Milling - expensive.
Fourth. And it is not easier to embed a block feeding from a single tire (5V, somewhere 50a is not a problem on the room) and rejoice than the roaming garden with Pavebanks.
Well, to say that the project from an engineering point of view is not at all interesting, not worth it :)

Thank you for the detailed and argumental answer.

WiFi / GPS is exactly extra.

I pointed out, because I do not see another method (without "holes" in the tables) protect devices from theft. Because restaurants who already use such charging stations told me that these Power Bank-and had visitors with them.

Yes, the production of its plastic hull in its matrix, I completely believe you, which is very expensive.

Here, for example, in the attached files, the housing of the notorious Power Bank from Xiaomi.
I correctly understand that the inner part is done just such a casting under high pressure?
And here is the question about aluminum: how is such a case? With the analysis of the battery inside the seams, I did not see from the spike.

WiFi / GPS is exactly extra.

Otherwise, as I thought, it would not be possible to protect the devices from theft (without making "holes" in the table).

I agree with you that the manufacture of your own matrix and the magic casting will cost very expensive.

I can then find out: here (in attached files) there is a notorious Power Bank from Xiaomi.
In its case, the inner body of plastic is made by casting under high pressure?
And immediately the question about aluminum: how is this case manufactured? Inside, when parsing, welds, I did not find.

disassembled similar - the seams are visible even from afar, if they are painted with a spray and then sintering - the seams are not clearly visible

In the floor yes, why in the tables? The usual charge of 4-5 tails, you can also embed an accounter with a lilac, if you jerk from the wiring, but there are details.

Isn't it easier to embed a block feeding from a single tire (5V, somewhere 50a is not a problem on the room)

I did not understand 5V constant to breed? what for ? 36 variable as a slope is taught.

You know what I think for it, write a letter to one of the Chinese offices, and you will make a real device for your tasks and with your requirements (for a couple of days it is enough for development), during the month they will put a series of reasonable money
The question is only one, where is the money?)))

Yes, it doesn't matter how much to breed (in fact, of course, it is, of course), the thing is that you have to break, turn it !!! Repair in general.
All this should consider designers when designing public areas !!!

* alex07111971,
What kind of series? 20-30 tables? Floors raise cheaper.

And 36B and cable small and no one will have any questions on electrical safety.

??? They are like glue.

Even 1000 pieces are seeds.

Yes solutions a lot really, cutout in the table, top glass, and it can be seen that it is going on with the phone, and you will not put a pivassik, and to put Mono to the plate, let the manufacturers of the tables think about how they did not even reach this, did not think that in restaurants Such a problem.
