To disable the automatic update iOS, just install the profile ->tvOS Beta Configuration Profile ->Open the link using Safari on your device.
This profile does not affect the performance or autonomous operation of your device, you can always remove it and upgrade to the latest, current version of iOS. After the profile is installed, the “Feedback” icon will appear, the icon can be moved to any place, away from the eyes.
