I recently purchased this modem. Before that, I used the E392 and E5372.

Advantage: long-range Wi-Fi, almost like an access point. The modem was located 10 meters from the wooden house, and the signal was caught inside the house, and in that room, the windows of which look out to the side opposite to the modem (albeit at a not very high speed, 2 megabits in total)! In a straight line without obstacles, perhaps 20-30 meters may need to be checked. At E5372, the wifi was caught much weaker.
The data sending speed was higher than that of the E392, reaching 6-7 megabits / c instead of 3-4 megabits / c in E392. Only this was only 1 day, after which the speed dropped again (it could be connected with the station). The data reception speed was even slightly lower than that of the E392. More than 20 Mbit practically did not happen, although the 392nd gave out somehow steadily 30.
The E392 supports TDD and FDD modes, which could be used (if one of the modes works worse, you can switch to another). 8211f most likely only supports FDD. It's not very good. But the E392 does not support LTE 800. Does the 8211 support it?
No access to AT commands, for example, to view the exact signal level, or select a specific range. Maybe someone knows how to open the COM port mode in this modem? It would also be interesting to get access to the program part of the modem, since it has Linux inside, like other such modems.
