    Android-IMSI-Catcher-Detector (AIMSICD) - is free to project Android for determining and avoiding false base station (IMSI-Catchers) or any other base stations (mobile antenna) with poor or no encryption.

    Counter fake stations are also in development.

    No software I have not seen that on MTK shows a minimum encryption.
