Let's try to summarize in this post minimal initial actions. So:
1. First of all, we put the driver (if you have Windows - under Linux drivers are not needed).
The drivers for Win7-8 are attached below. As far as they work, where to get for XP - do not ask, I do not know. Windows does not use.

2.Turn on the phone debug mode via USB.
To do this, go to "Menu" (three stripes left bottom button) - "Tinstures System" - Tab "General" and the lowest item "On the phone".

Tabay (very fast!) 7 times on the "Android version" point - get a "developer mode" (who wants, can tap 5 times the item above - there is an easter bag :)).

Press the back button (right lower) and we see that the item "for developers" appeared above the "phone" item. We go into it and turn on the Belt "Debug on USB".


3. Adb.
Personally, I persistently recommend installingAndroid SDK Tools (http://dl.google.com/a..._r23.0.2-windows.exe).
But, in principle, it is possible to get along with a small squeeze from it:

Create an ADB folder in any convenient place in any place (for example, in the C: \ Disc root), download and unpack the archive there.
We run the cmd.exe command file (Black A la DOS window).
We gain there

Let's get to the ADB folder.
Connect the USB phone with a cord to a computer (the key opens the key request window, put a tick, click OK).
Check the connection:

The digital-letter code of the device can be any, the main thing is that it is. If not, check the correct installation of the drivers.

Now we have a great opportunity to complete the telephone control.

We can throw the firmware / recovery / root on the card and anything and flash.

I strongly recommend the first thing to flash custom recovery (for example, TWRP), which differs from the standard primarily by the fact that:
a) You can sew archives with any name (in regular - only with the name update.zip in the root of the card).
b) You can make a complete archive of the system (including NVRAM backup - if the flirt has it, it is easy to restore).
c) you can put unsigned archives.

(it's just renamed and signed filefrom here) And we throw it on the phone to the root of the card (I remind you that the cards in the Redmi Note are two - one of them is virtual, internal, the other is an external SDCard that is bought separately, the file is put on the inner).
Also, to take into account all the nuances - when connecting the phone, the switch in the "curtain" should be in the "Files" position.
