The modem control program (dashboard) from MEGAFON and BEELINE does not allow you to enter the unlock code.
But if you use the dashboard from the MTS or universal versions 3.0 or 3.5, then when you install a SIM card other than Megaphone, the window for entering the unlock code appears.
Also, the unlock code can be entered through the terminal with a normal AT command.

The process of unlocking in order:


To unlock, enter the AT command:
