It turned out that the folder "EFS_BACKUP" is created not in the TWRP directory, but in / sdcard, only it is empty, size is 0 byte.
Do not tell me where to dig?
And there it is written differently?
at TWPR - in / sdcard / efs_backup)
No one else wrote about problems. Everything went fine, but with EXT4. By the way, these sections will automatically back up with the general creation of backup through the caste of the recovery, so if there is a common backup - you can not worry.

To the attention of those who sew firmware 4.4.4, whichonlyfor TWRP:
Sewing process:
1. We set the latest version of TWRP (Lastly find in the header)
2. Loading in TWRP
3. Clean System, then Cache and Dalvik Cache
4. We sew radio
5. Here it may happen a very strange thing - when you sew the ROM itself, look carefully: if it was stitched for a fraction of a second - it was not stitched. To flash, we do not go anywhere and just sew once again our ROM. Now the firmware process will go about a minute.
6. We sew a superwire (SuperSU) The latest version will be found on the forum.
7. We load into the system, waiting for updates of III applications. .
8. PROFIT!
