I wanted to ask if someone has experience in registering a developer account on Google Play from Ukraine.
All aspects are interesting from registering and paying 25 bucks to binding a card and withdrawing money.

I would be grateful for any info!

How is it going? Is it possible to upload paid applications from Ukrainian developers?

A few days ago I posted a paid application on the market. Everything worked out. While waiting for purchases to understand how to continue to act with the money in the account.

Regarding registration, there was no problem with the Privat card. Everything is as usual and like everyone else.

What are the limitations? I registered, paid 25 bucks for developer status. and everything, program, lay out, sell. The money for the sale is added to the account. Withdrawal is not possible for non-residents of the United States, this is the only restriction. BUT in nete there are options for circumventing this.
