How does this method work?

Apple’s developer is the developer of what the application does. And he needs to somehow test these applications before he puts them in the AppStore. Here the developer also signs applications to test them on the device.

Thus, anyone with a developer certificate can sign any application and install it on their device. In this case, this application will be considered a developer build.

Convert * .deb to * .ipa

To convert we need the program InstaSign.

Homepage: instasign.uhelios.com

System requirements:
  • Mac OS X 10.5 and higher.
  • Developer Certificate File

Download:Attached fileInstaSign.zip(2.49 MB)

1. Launch InstaSign.
Attached Image

2. Drag and drop the desired .deb into the program window.
Attached Image

3.Click "InstaSign"
Attached Image

4. Wait until the end of the operation. Take the received ipa.

Converted in this way deb files without any problems will be installed on the device after signing using iModSign or iOS App Signer. But if for work they need access to the file system or other functions that are available only after jailbreaking, they will not work correctly!

Adding a .mobileprovision file to a device

There are two ways to install .mobileprovision: using iTunes or directly on the device.

Using iTunes
1. Drag and drop the .mobileprovision file onto the iTunes shortcut.
Attached Image
2.Synchronize with the device.

Without iTunes, on the device
1. Download the .mobileprovision file from the device browser. The dialog for adding a collateral profile opens.
Attached Image

2. Click "Install". Confirm the installation.

Installed profiles you can see in the "Settings">"Highlights">"Profiles"

problem in signing via UDK
writes Error Invalid data on the root disk, line 1, position 1
what to do?

Rep: (285)
moriak that's the whole problem. So far, you can only sign applications written in the UDK, that is, on the Unreal Engine. Infinity Blade, for example.

Now there is no time to do this - here are the sourcesAttached fileIPhonePackager.zip(680.89 KB)

Yes, it works for me. At 5.1. On the firmware below crashes.

Rep: (50)
yeah all the rules, apparently grunt crooked
Does photoshop touch work?
I tried all versions, hangs on the screen saver and does not go further (

Rep: (0)
Who can share my certificate and add my UDID? Or how to create a "fake", so as not to pay $ 99?

Rep: (33)
I support the question ... And more. Do I understand correctly that you can install a hacked application only on one device, since for another need another UDID?
