3. And I really want to see the possibility of removing unnecessary groups, otherwise the obsessive-state syndrome is slowly developing because of the impossibility of performing this operation =)

Official means is impossible. In the version of Android 2.3 non-system programs are prohibited to remove alerts for missed calls.
