VLC is one of the simplest Android video players that supports almost all formats. At the moment, the video player is in beta status, as the program is still unstable, but this is a matter of time.
The video player has some features:

-Android support from version 2.1
-support for ARMv6 and ARMv7 processors
-support hardware decoding
-support subtitle
-support online broadcasts

The program interface when viewing is quite simple. It contains: control buttons, current time and battery level.
Currently VLC supports playlists, EQ, change playback speed, play lists / directory / found. You can change the order of playback, turn off tracks from the list, etc. In the settings you can disable / enable some performance features.
IMPORTANT. If the player slows down (on some firmware), you need to disable the hardware acceleration in the player settings, because it does not work properly as a result of which this bug occurs.

On HTC Desire S + Android 2.3.4 "Virtuous Unity" has started. I specified a memory card in the folder settings, I indexed media files for a long time. So I tested it ... All the formats I have at the moment (and this is both wmv and avi and mp4 1080p) have been reproduced. Let the brakes but all the same. By the way, the program did not crash. But flv did not recognize and did not reproduce .. But this is not a problem even once.
