Why does the background blink like an epileptic when starting the program? is it a chip? After shutting off the exploration barely cut down the prog. Why should it even hang in the memory? I turned it off, let it be cut down - you need to turn it on, then you start it again.

Here I made two versions, a widget without a background, a light icon in the status bar ...
