On Market not found. Very easy to use program.

No video player which is able to slow down the video, and this is out, thanks;)

Good prog.

Free version does not as I understood.

dron9, Russian version is not installed, possibly due to the fact that the application is not signed

translation replace resources.arsc through apkEditor file from angl.versii to that in Russian.

instruction translation:
Click the Capture frames to run the application. Tap on the screen to
select the video. Find the frame you want to capture: Drag a thumbnail until
the desired scene is in the center. Slide the center controller narrow down your search.
