percentages are easily considered. take a number, for example 4657. divide by 100. just 100. 46.57 in ONE percent. then you multiply by 18. this will tell you how much in 18 percent = 838.26. and then 4657 - 838.26 = 3818.74. can be easier. 1-0.18 = 0.82, then 4657 * 0.82 = 3818.74. wrote about it already.
