Hi, on all receivers for connecting OBD2 you need to: turn on the bluetooth, connect the OBD2 device to the car through the special connector and interface the OBD2 device with the radio tape recorder. I can reset the program to check for vehicle errors.

CML-PLAY 7038B - the narrow-eyed industry miracle does not work on Android, or even Win CE. There runs a build based on linux, called vrde would be Melis. Therefore, it is impossible to connect ELM directly. But you can connect android device through the function mirrorlink (does not work on android pie).
