Finally, I got the phone in my hands, presented it ... I begin testing ("Flight" mode, without a SIM card).
1) Screen. Bright, horizontal viewing angles (phone in portrait orientation) are good, vertically predictably poor. The normal brightness level is the 2nd (by setting), all in all there are 5 of them ... The 1st is also suitable for reading.
2) Mount for strap. Now it can be met extremely rarely. Although it is not very convenient here, but, most importantly, it is.
3) Battery, power consumption. Very good characteristics: continuous video playback for more than 10 (!) Hours with a brightness level of 2 VA. MTK makes cost-effective processors.
4) Charge indicator. Four non-linear states: full, half, quarter, red stick. To put it mildly, not really.
5) USB. Unfortunately, it’s not very fast, the write speed is only about 700 KB / s; and the microSD slot is not so convenient to use a card reader.
6) The buttons below the screen are not touch-sensitive, but quite “push-button”.
7) Sound. Loud, especially in the audio player mode. For higher volume, you need to substitute, for example, the palm of your hand.
8) Communication. I did not check and I am not going to. I already have enough phones. For example, Sony Ericsson Cedar ...
9) Radio. Antenna - headphone wire. The receiver is not bad, sensitivity is normal and the sound is loud, but not stereo. And the duration of continuous operation from a freshly charged battery is one day (!).
10) Interface. The interface, of course, is original, but I'm afraid not for everyone :). Apparently, the lack of memory affected, although today it is strange to talk about it. Folders are only supported in My Files. In all other "menu items" (except, perhaps, the audio player) they are either not visible or are processed incorrectly. The virtual keyboard ("telephone") works clearly, it is convenient to use.
11) Audio player. The sound is not so bad, at least loud :). .Wma files are not supported, apparently only .mp3. Of course, they are too clever with playlists: you must first "add" files, including from subfolders. Audiobooks seem to play correctly. For the current playlist, the current file and position are saved.
12) Gallery. Thumbnails are shown for pictures. Colors are very authentic. I did not check the maximum resolution, but 6 MP is displayed normally.
13) Video player, if you do not take into account the interface, is not bad. "Eats" AVI and MP4 files (both with MPEG4 format), but the resolution should be no more than 320x240, which is solved by converting the file. The current file and viewing location are not saved (!).
14) E-books. The implementation is so-so. It is checked by search, a format - only TXT. They completely refused to try to practice word breaks, and even more so to turn them off. The small print is too small, and the average is too big. Line spacing is large in both cases. The colors of the letters and background are not adjustable. When reading, time and charge are not shown. The page number is displayed only when you touch the screen. When changing the font, the file is opened again (more carefully), auto-scrolling is disabled when the book is opened, manual scrolling - either with the volume buttons or scrolling around the screen. Read at the 2nd level of brightness can be practically in direct sunlight (tested in the spring blinding sun). The current book is not saved, but the current page in it is yes.
Well, everything seems to be.
