Buy a probe for a couple of bucks on Ali so that you can reflash the chip without removing it. Nefig was climbing.

Nobody climbed anywhere, the laptop is new, it works fine, there is just a desire to remove the frequency limit + put the OS on the SSD.

on the first point - there is not a lot of memory, I almost always have 3 tabs with open memory (I have 141s 3 GB) 90-97% full
on the second - I have an old sony connected to my laptop using a VGA cable and an adapter, no problems are observed

Most likely, a new laptop or someone rummaged in the store or it came with such bios settings from the manufacturer (remember, it loaded and worked fine, but at the time of loading the keyboard did not work, which means that DEL, F7, etc. did not work)
As a result, I had to go into the BIOS through Windows: updates - recovery - reboot - special parameters and there is a UEFI boot item in additional settings. As a result, I got into the "bios", but the keyboard and the arrows did not work there either. An external regular USB keyboard helped, which reset the settings to Load optimized defaults (for some reason, the default doesn’t change anything).
As a result, it was possible to enable the second core and the detection of the native keyboard at boot. Now everything works as it should ...

P.S There is the last question - I can not findas in bios internal EMC is designated. I put the SSD on it, the corporate Win10 (the speed has grown 2 times for sure, it loads in a flash, everything is very bright in the OS itself) and now I want to disconnect the 32-gig drive from harmlessness, leaving the stock Win-minecraft on every firefighter)
