There were mentions of editing the / system / etc / mixer_paths _ *** files on another resource and on another device. In our in folder/ system / etc /there were no such files, but they were found in/ vendor / etc /. I climbed, flipped through, read ... Coincide! Changed the values, rebooted - the region "Russia" is now swinging its ears as it should! You can use :)

Increase the volume of the device without changing the region
ROOT!

Need to make changes to/vendor/etc/mixer_paths_overlay_dynamic.xml
