gzewani I am not familiar with umidigi, so I will not argue, maybe you are right, I only know that their screen resolutions are low, but for the human eye there should be no difference.
And about support, do you mean different types of updates? They are not always good, they are / updates / are often "raw", some functions stop working and there are glitches, not always of course, but it happens. So the manufacturer’s support is not I consider it a special advantage.
What umidigi liked was the presence of NFC, 2 speakers, wireless charging and a good design, and the price, respectively. I think due to the low-resolution display they were able to add good buns to the phone and leave the price reasonable.
