spavlin,it's not the same for everybody. SecureKISS provides connection by means of Windows, without any clients. In principle, I don’t understand why to put something, when the system has all the means to set up, you only need to submit data to the user.

Plus, the configuration by means of Windows is the only varic for wp8 (well, not the only one, of course, but the most accessible). The setting about the cellular connection speaks for itself that there is always a waffle vpn, but there is a choice on the cellular one, I understand correctly? When connected via a cell, the icons in the tray do not identify in any way that it is vpn, but it is vpn. I think the wafer is the same. I will write later, if so fundamentally.
