It does not work, since there is no recovery section in the device, the recovery is present in the RAM section in boot.img.
In order to get TWRP, first of all you need to enter the command via adb

fastboot boot twrp.img

This will load the recovery.temporarily , but will not register it in the system.
ForpermanentRecovery installed in RAMneed to flash it through magic.
And so, as the NTS has its own cockroaches in its head, when installing twrp, the touchscreen permanently shuts down. The “driver check” button turns off the touchscreen, determining that the phone is in recovery.
But there are 2 ways to prevent this. The first is to install a custom kernel. The second is to use the zip file we specified here, which patches the stock kernel to bypass the driver check. But the problem with this patch is that all commands like

adb reboot recovery

just do not work and instead of going into recovery, they transfer the user to the OS.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD TWRP:
1. Need working fastboot and adb wednesday
2.Download twrp.img given in this thread and copy it to the fastboot folder (check the software for version matching)
3.Open command consolein the fastboot folder!
3a While your phone is loaded into the OS and the USB tab is turned on, enter:

adb reboot bootloader

4. Immediately download twrp:
fastboot boot<twrp.img file name>
example:

fastboot boot twrp-3.2.3-2-ime.img

5. Wait for twrp to load.
6. You're in the TWRP menu.
7. Do not forget that you will need to be stitched with TWRP fastboot every time you need it. After rebooting, TWRP recovery will disappear!
8.IMPORTANT:
Don't forget that because
fastboot boot twrp.img
(as in 4 points) OTA functionality will also fall off (official updates over the air).

HOW TO PLEASE PERMANENT TWRP
1.Download the installer TWRP installer packed in zip from this theme!
1a.If you are on the stock core, unpatched from turning off the touchscreen in recovery, then also downloadtouchscreen_hexpatcher.zip
2. Ask the TWRP-installer.zip from the downloaded TWRP or MГЎgisk Manager on your phone (click + being in the modules section)
3.IMPORTANT: Immediately install magisk.zip from TWRP or Magisk Manager
