What confuses me, on the device page is written RAM and memory 3/32. But if you click buy, it redirects to the purchase page, where 3/16 is written in the description.

I think somewhere a mistake, either in RAM or in memory. Ps. It also says that there is nfc.

NFC for Nokia 3.1 is available only for models: TA-1063 and TA-1057.
TA-1039/1074/1070 Does not support NFC.
