* About SATA and PCIe - all SSDs in this notebook are in M.2 format, but they communicate with the board through different buses. SATA is often up to 600 MB / s for sequential read and write, while PCIe allows you to get 2.5 GB or more, depending on the specific model. The laptop supports both those, and others, i.e. you can buy a laptop with a SATA drive and put PCIe in it to get the best responsiveness of the system and applications.
Outside China (in particular in the USA) is sold under the name Huawei Matebook D 14 ". Laptops are identical.

Single-page BIOS (UEFI with old interface, English is, virtualization support is also present).

The PC Manager is preinstalled on the laptop, which contains all the information about the hardware, with it you can directly download driver and BIOS updates. Despite the Chinese homeland of the laptop, this application tries on the language of the system and works fine in Russian, although some sections remain untranslated.

Intel version without cover (longer tubes and more capacitors to power the MX150):

* kolyan56 , I monitored the site three days a week, I thought we won’t wait.

Rep: (3)
* Dramcryx , and so what was waiting for?

Rep: (97)
* nameless94 , because I think that the chip manufacturer knows better how to talk with his creation at a low level than the huwei, IMHO.

Rep: (3)
* Dramcryx will performance improve?

Rep: (97)
* nameless94 , it’s not necessary, to be honest, it’s even worth saying that it will not improve. I hope that stability will improve and there will be less jumps in games. Let 2-3% be taken away, but so that the frame timeline is smooth.

To keep the frame timeline smooth, do the unlock tdp via the link, make 35 W and 85C, put it in autoload and forget it. And yes, everything remains the same, the same bugs in chrome (a green screen on a YouTube video, sometimes a black screen when opening gifs). The only plus is that updates will now come simultaneously with everyone.

* kolyan56 , so I threw it off, but I have not tested it yet

UPD: detected by the settings suggested by the author:
45 watts for each, 90 degrees limit, the current also on the minimum guide left.
Nothing has changed in hikbench, but in DotA .... FPS has almost doubled, there are no jumps, temperatures have not crawled above 76.
I do not understand why manufacturers do not write normal profiles for power from the outlet ...

Why does my browser lag almost on a clean and new computer. The native browser, netflix and YouTube are only used by the browser.

Native browser

You shouldn’t wait for normal operation from Edge, I had stable bugs (which oxymoron came out good) with full-screen mode on YouTube and on tweet, endured for a long time, then moved to chrome (and I advise you).

Rep: (3)
* Dramcryx , okay, I mean that the laptop is generally clean and such a mess. Yesterday, Saline Hill set 2, hung a computer.

I was very surprised when the phone put it on charge to the laptop on the Taipei and I did not have any fast charging, and the speed of transferring files from the phone is disgusting. I hoped that compatibility would be excellent.

Perhaps someone will need information.
I took a laptop for my wife. She takes pictures with me, therefore she uses mainly graphic editors (Photoshop, Lightroom). Until recently, I used an external display AOC i2757Fm, there were no problems with it except for not very correct color reproduction. On March 8, he presented BenQ PD2700Q. This one is certainly better, 2K, 100% sRGB coverage. It was all a lyrical introduction :))
I stuck it and oops ... after about 5 seconds, colored running stripes on the screen. Several times it rebooted and changed cables. Does not help. I already thought that the monitor was defective. However reinstalled the driver withhttps://www.amd.com/ru...a-graphics/amd-ryzen-5and the problem is gone.

Hello.
I can not find information about the fact that it is possible to add RAM? Or is it soldered to the motherboard?
I'm going to buy and it is very important. Thanks for the reply in advance.

Rep: (97)
* Nur95 soldered, of course

Rep: (1)
* Dramcryx , Thank. Then I'll look for a version of 15.6 '. But here its dimensions were a decisive factor.

Some kind of silence you have here)
Finally I arrived at i7 with a print from Pandao from tea brands. Took a 70% discount for 23k.
Everything is fine, except for the express delivery in the person of Zest))
It was multilingual 10 pro. Added Russian, activated by phone.
Office 2016 also activated without problems.
While I like everything :)
