Internet Explorer on Windows CE5.0 KRACIAJABRA | Change encoding based on Windows CE5.0

Rep: (0)
Gentlemen, the situation is as follows, there is a Symbol Motorola MC3090 device on Windows CE5.0
When loading Russian-language sites, instead of letters, the devil appears that this is due to the lack of Cyrillic encoding (Windows)
Nevertheless, on a similar device but based on Windows Mobile 5.0, encoding data is present.

I tried to change the Defalut Code Page in the registry to 1251, which corresponds to the Cyrillic alphabet, and these settings appeared in Internet Explorer, but the text is still displayed with cracks.

The question is what to do in this situation, how to add these encodings? how to live?
