I bought such a modem. From the beginning it worked as a router, just stuck in usb charging. It will work for several hours and the Internet disappears, well, there is no wifi in it.
Now connected to a wifi router. The Internet is still falling off. Moreover, the Internet disappears when you do not use it. Generally at night. It seems that the modem falls asleep and does not wake up.
What to do?

Installed "Do not go into sleep mode", wi-fi turned it off altogether.

I managed to increase the connection speed, abandoning the built-in WiFi, and using a router.

In kinetics with firmware 2.15, this modem is officially supported. Now it works for me without problems. It does not fall off, the connection does not lose. While fixed at 3g.
In speed and ping, it loses outright to the smartphone lying next to it. In the evenings, as a rule, no more than 2mbits, although the phone at the same time gives 5mbits.
The truth is in the "Tariff" modem, and in the "Unlimited" phone, but this is unlikely to play a role, most likely there is a training antenna.
