In short, the weight of the previous weighing remains in the memory of the balance; during the next weighing, if the weight changes not significantly, they adjust the weighing result to the previous weight, no matter how these changes reflect the change in fat, bones or muscles.
To reset the previous weight in memory, it is necessary to slip another weight before weighing the scales, at least so that it changes per kilo. Then at the next weighing scale will show the real weight.
Conclusion: if you put a bag with a jerk weighing 50.0 kg on the scales, and then 49.8, 50.1 and 50.3, then the scale will still show 50.0 kg. Their algorithm is somewhat more complicated than the given bag example, but they could indicate this in the instructions.
