Description of the problem:
Good day!

I apologize if the question is not addressed.
Question about Photoshop.
There is a scan drawing. But the source material was of poor quality. So it gets the effect of "blur lines". When around the lines appear a "halo" of dots of a less faded color, and the lines themselves are cached with more faded dots.
I still can relatively cope with the “haloes” of points, but what about the filling of the “gaps” in the lines?

Is it possible to "blur" the lines but not all sides, but only to the nearest points, thereby filling the voids?
Or is there another method?

Who will advice, recommendations.

If I understand correctly, the "spaces" can be drawn with a clone stamp. And you can get rid of blurring to some extent with the help of the "Sharpening / Smart Sharpness" filter.
P. S. If you can - it would be nice to see an example of a drawing.
