casper240591, I will describe the pros (everyone has their own here):
1) General view of the system - a concise interface, all applications in one style and
With the same font .
2) AOSP firmware is felt much "easier" miui - minimum settings, minimum of additional features.
3) The total speed of the system (there is a controversial question).
4) The functional of Google applications: a cool dialer with Aon, Googlfoto with unlimited storage, working "OK Google" (MIUI, Hi!), Complete assistant functionality.
5) Taste - the sound in the BT-ears on AOS is quite better than on Miui. There I had to do something with Viper, here everything is "out of the box."
6) AOD functionality with adequate display of all (and not chosen as in MIUI) notifications, chips, like Now Playing, etc.
7) No rake with the arrival of notifications, nothing to work for their work is needed.
Of the minuses - each custom firmware makes a small group of people and usually make through
asshole. Because of this, almost in every new build there are some roughness. Someday the perfect firmware will be released, where it will work
everything . Then I can recommend it to each owner 100%
mi 8 . But now Castoma is the choice of a small number of users. And, as a rule, from those who love pain and suffering :)
