As a result, it works on my channel list, but it can fail on another one.

From the device, take dtv_mw_s1, put it in the same folder where these programs are located, run dtvdec.py. It displays a list of channels for you on screen, and creates a file channels.txt. In this file, each line is one channel. Swap them the way you want, then execute dtvcomp.py and it collects it back into the file. Upload the file back to the device. If everything is ok, there will be channels placed as you wish.
If dtvdec.py displays an error message, well, then the focus has failed. This is still the alpha version.
