What does the template look like
Full module name

If the kernel supports changing the TTL will primenino rule iptables (iptable -t mangle -A POSTROUTING -j TTL --set-ttl 64), if the kernel does not espouse change TTL but supports packet processing queue in user space (NFQUEUE), TTL will change application nfqttl.
