Description: Hello, I created this application "Yoga for beginners, slimming at home: 7 minutes of yoga" for those who would like to just start or continue to do yoga, but who does not have much time.
Classes and lessons in the application
The application includes the following classes and lessons:

Yoga classes by application
Level: For both beginners ("very novice"), and already continuing.
Yoga style: Hatha Yoga. "Hatha-Yoga" is translated as a physical side of yoga (unlike meditative techniques in yoga). Hatha Yoga is the basis of all other popular destinations, such as Yoga Ayengar, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyas, Dzivamuki. That is, doing on the application, you get acquainted with the basis of the basics.
For whom classes: Women, Men (Morning and Evening Complexes can come up for elderly).
The duration of lessons: every lesson is only 7 minutes (I explain at the bottom why it is 7 minutes, and not 5, 10, 15 or 20). In each lesson 12 pos (asan) for 30 seconds each with rest between in 10 seconds.
Equipment for classes: no special equipment. Classes at home in the comfort of your home. If there is a rug for yoga or a soft non-slip surface (towel on the carpet), it is just welcome.
Why exactly 7 minutes, and why does it work?
In the United States, a number of studies have been conducted in relation to circular high-intensity training (KVTI). Katvi is when you perform a number of exercises for different muscle groups with a very short rest between the exercises. Research results have shown that in efficiency with regular execution such short exercises are not inferior to longer training if they are performed regularly. And the 7-minute complexes with exercises for 30 seconds with a 10 second break between each each were tested.
Classes in my application are built precisely on this principle: 7 minutes Pos (Asan) from yoga to different muscle groups with 10 seconds rest between each posture (asana). In 7 minutes we work out the whole body.
What is the application of the application?
In the motivation system.
The very first lesson "Yoga for beginners" is free. For every day of classes you get a badge. We miss at least one day, all the badges burn, and you start from the very beginning. You dial seven badges, the next lesson "Morning Yoga", opens for free. You dial more seven badges, free of charge "Evening Yoga". Even seven badges, opens "yoga for weight loss."
Of course, you can buy any of the closed lessons, but you can open them all for free, just doing it regularly. It really motivates. Not only because you can open something for free, just want to prove to yourself that you can collect all the badges.
What are the poses of yoga in the appendix, and why were they chosen exactly?
One of the founders of modern yoga B.K.S. Ayengar highlights 23 classic poses in yoga, on the basis of which all other complexes are essentially being built. What teachers and on what classes I did not do, I was convinced that the instructor was constantly returning to these poses. Therefore, this application is built around them.
The main poses (on Sanskrit they are called "Asans") in the application you will learn:
