In general, there is a deal for 5 minutes - connect the phone to the computer, transfer the firmware file there and when the phone is disconnected from the computer, the phone itself will offer to install a new firmware version.

I understand that updates flow through the air consistently. That is, you need to install the one that is offered in order to upgrade, then check again в†’ install the next one, etc., until the newest one arrives.
At least a couple of days ago, I updated it from the factory firmware.
Downloading the latest one from here and immediately putting it will probably be easier and faster, but I was too lazy, so I just poked at the update button on the phone many times.
