If I understood correctly (I could be mistaken, I didn’t dig much into the code), then the fonts that the Chinese stuffed right inside the firmware binary are used to display the name (on the second band, the name was drawn with a font from an ft-file). As a result, there is such a garbage can, all the characters are out of tune. Judging by the code (from here - 0x08028268), they are grouped into three tables, and if these are all characters that are in the firmware, then even the English alphabet is not completely (possibly from here the caller / sms name problem), the Russian is also partially present. It seems that in the firmware file only those characters that are used to display fixed text on the main screens of the bracelet (in short, it is very similar to what we did in the custom firmware for the second band).
As a result, I didn’t understand what kind of font is used to draw the text of the message on the screen (I will assume that the same ft-file is sewn into it, as in the second, and the font is similar). In the firmwares.json for ft wuhan is not registered, and should not be anyway, since the Chinese promise to localize the current by the fall.

Yes, you can substitute 4-ku, but I did not take risks (due to the well-known problem of displaying Cyrillic on Xiaomi devices, and the absence of my MB3 for testing), and decided to test to set the English locale (2-ku).
