I try to make an application submit, as a result, the devcenter hangs first, then just shows a white screen on the right side (where the "Submit" button should be below). Has anyone come across?

What really nobody updated, did not create internal purchases in recent time? Now I can’t create an internal purchase, there’s just no screen with the Save button and languages ​​can’t be added. I do not even know where to turn. Their stupid support won't help anyway.
