How to install @ machao44 TWRP and root.
You need unlocked bootloader.
1) Download latest .51 firmware with Xperiafirm and paste newflasher files inside download folder. Execute newflasher.exe and answer "No" twice.
2) Once firmware flashing is done unplugg usb cable and let the device power off.
3) Download both zip from here:https://mega.nz/#F!dph...w6_pynFjz1GZ1nAdFpC3fg
4) Unzip twrp-adb.zip and enter in fastboot mode (keep volume up and plug usb cable).
5) Open commmand prompt inside twrp-adb and execute this command:
fastboot flash boot twrp-xz2-2c.img
6) Then execute this command:
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
7) Unplugged usb cable (if the device does not power off, press volume up and power and wait until it vibrate 3 times).
8) Enter inside TWRP, that means press Volume "Down" and Power Button, release Power Button when it vibrate once.
9) The TWRP recovery is in CHINESE, KEEP IT LIKE THAT OR IT WILL NOT WORK. At first TWRP boot slide right (to allow system modifications).
10) Enable MTP (search inside TWRP you will find it) I've attached TWRP screenshots to help you.
11) Move all files to sdcard (twrp-installer-xz2-2c-3.2.3.zip, XZ2_51boot.zip and Magisk-v17.1.zip) if the device is not available on your computer, unplugged the usb cable once again.
12) Flash XZ2_51boot.zip, twrp-installer-xz2-2c-3.2.3.zip and Magisk-v17.1.zip
13) Reboot (the phone will reboot three times).
If after reboot you've got a message saying that the device is corrupt: Power off device (press volume up and power button until it vibrate 3 times and enter in fastboot mode again
(See step 4), then execute command from steps 5 and 6 again.
Then follow steps from 7 again.
If anything goes wrong do not worry, follow step 1.

Yes, there is an ambush (TWRP from @ machao44 does not work correctly when you change the language c Chinese to English.
