Also read about the SI system and the decimal and binary systems, where:
1 KB = 1000 Bytes (decimal) is used by sellers and marketers, because more is obtained
1 KB = 1024 Bytes (binary) real size

I tried other approaches to calculating free memory, but they did not inspire confidence in me.
Therefore, I trust the testimony of Mega watches more, and what you have there shows the "latest applications" one developer of this software knows.
Most likely, it is calculated in the decimal system and rounded to GB, then probably it will turn out as you have on the screen. And at what point in time it was considered, is also unknown.
The mega clock updates the free memory every 5 seconds.
And if you think that you have 4 GB of memory, you are mistaken. For example, the methodAPI total memorywill show ~ 3.7 GB.
