When downloading from ADB to TWRP, recovery for the subsequent installation of ROOT and TWRP 3.2.3.0 recovery itself, I can’t do anything, all sections weigh 0 MB, how can I see the sections of the recovery itself? |

Magisk 18.1 immediately threw on the device, but the module for ROOT on the magisk did not, either from this topic or from the XDA (although there is a 17.1 version of the module, and in this topic is the 18th version of the module for magisk on ROOT, but I didn’t find any differences in them, apparently just the difference in the package name) I could not mount the drive. TWRP also got up from the SD card, but at the end of the installation also failed to mount the drive, is it because of the encryption of the DATA partition? Or The reason is possible? What if I leave DATA encryption, how will this affect ROOT in the future? What will I lose? Encryption is not yet ot.Data, but it is not available in TWRP 0 MB. In general, the whole system is 0 MB, except for the SD card. Post has been editedKill him - 09.03.19, 15:03 |

But the safety net check fails. I tried to remove something from the garbage, like the Amazon Market, through x-plore, retired, but after a minute the whole system collapsed, the Android interface crashed, the weather and other things .... The device rebooted. I think I sit ... So the data section, and its encryption cause can be? I still did not set the decoding, I found this line in the document that you suggested to change, but so that it was like yours I would have to change 2 words there, but I understand that only one word needs to be changed there? This is the dev / block / bootdevice / by-name / userdata / data ext4 noatime, nosuid, nodev, barrier = 1, noauto_da_alloc, discard wait, resize, forceencrypt = footer, Noatime-delete from line? Local [offline] Group: Friendssavagemessiahzine.com Messages 129 Check in: 23.11.08 Lenovo Tab 4 8 Plus TB-8704X Reputation: 18 | And so I decided to write a small instruction how to make TWRP see the data section on the firmware with android 8.1 1. Install TWRP (instruction in the header) (if already standing, skip). 2. Install the magisk (instruction in the header) (if already standing, skip). 3. From magiska install the modulemagisk-remount.zip(11.04 KB) having previously thrown it into the download folder in the device’s memory. (if already standing, skip). 4. From the file manager with root access (I used RootExplorer), go along the path / vendor / etc and open the file fstab.qcom in a text editor. Find the line: / dev / block / bootdevice / by-name / userdata / data ext4 noatime, nosuid, nodev, barrier = 1, noauto_da_alloc, discard wait, resize, forceencrypt = footer, quotaand delete the words noatime and quota (highlighted in red) exit and save. 5. Boot into TWRP, go to the Cleaning section and select Format Data to confirm, enter yes. Upon completion, we return to the TWRP main screen, go to the Reboot section, and select Recovery (tablet will reboot in twrp). Go back to the section Cleaning and choose the format Data To confirm, enter yes.All user data deleted !!! Is done. Now the Data section is displayed. p.s. I tried to write as simply and clearly as possible, but if anything, ask. |

a guest [offline] Group: Users Messages 5 Check in: 20.11.18 Reputation: 0 | Probably, many are faced with the problem that the magisk (and supersu) does not work with the 8.1 bucket on our kosyachny trinkets. Symptoms like the following: we install everything according to the instructions, reboot, no root. The same magik manager says that magisk -... zip is not installed We say, well, ok, something may have broken when compressing the boot in TvRP. We add magic to boot.img manager, he conjures something there, we get patched_boot.img, we sew it - the result is the same. I noticed that boot.img is 64MB in size. But patched_boot.img - only 11Mb !!! I decided to unpack and understand what the difference is. Apparently, Lenovo simply “finishes” an archive of up to 64MB in size, while the magic does not. Anyway. The main thing is this: in the unpacked ramdisk, lenovo is init with the size of 1.7 MB. Whereas the resulting magic has only 400Kb. What is cymes, you ask? Yes, simply that lenovo is 64-bit, under the aarch64 architecture. Whereas the magic one has the usual 32-bit ARM. Did it work on 7-ke bucket? So there is a 32 bit bucket there, apparently. And 8.1 (and, probably, 8) - 64-bit. You can, for example, ask the console file / system / bin / toybox. Answer that ELF shared object, 64-bin LSB arm64 Perhaps tvrp can not decrypt sections for the same reason. In general, I think this is not only the developers of TvRP have to kick, but also the developers of magic / supersu. |
