I note for fearful viruses: you can open the file as a Rar archive, and make sure that there is nothing dangerous inside, and perform all operations, including unpacking, manually.
If there is a request to install an untested driver, or an unsigned one (I don’t remember exactly, not everybody gets such a window), we also agree and install.

After that, the SP Flash Tool for flashing the phone will be launched.
There is a hint that in this place it is better to close the SP Flash Tool, and reboot the computer "just in case."
After reboot, run the SP Flash Tool shortcut from the desktop, run as administrator.
Run the Flash Tool with administrator rights and right in the settings tick the “DA DL ALL With Check Sum”.

I'll tell you briefly.
We need to select the scatter-loading file (underlined in red), clickchoose (circled in red)

- and choose:

if you want to flash only twrp - we make a double-click in the window on the TWRP folder - and select MT6580_Android_scatter.txt from there
if you want to sew all the firmware - do a double-click in the window on the folder HOMTOM-P516-HT37-Android_6.0-V01-20170807 - and select from there MT6580_Android_scatter.txt
All ticks will standright.

In any case, in order not to erase IMEI from the phone, make sure that the Download mode is selected.
If you select the "Format all + Download" mode, respectively, imei will be erased, and you will have to restore it.

If we sew TWRP:
chose the right scatter - clicked Download - and the computer starts to wait for the phone to appear on the usb port.
Here we stop, pick up the previously switched off phone and take out the battery.
We take the usb cable and connect the switched off phone to the computer. As soon as the phone is recognized and determined, FlashTool will throw a file into it and a green circle will appear.

Next we boot into TWRP: Reboot->power + keys Increase Volume
and do whatever we want. I recommend to make backup.

FreemeOS

Hmm .. FreemeOS is a firmware from Leagoo, in this case Leagoo M5. It is a beautiful firmware with a completely normal volume of interesting topics, with various cool things with a scanner (I myself have not checked their work yet, but at least they are present in the firmware The battery holds up well, surprisingly to the 6th Android.
