I will answer myself: on the sixth day I entered the guarantee (6 days left until the end), they gave it after 2 weeks, the alleged replacement of the board is indicated (true or not) but the fact that something was broken there was something that was not a ram that I could not install Windows 30 times. sad that suddenly died at the end of the guarantee. that will be unknown now.
