I can not connect to the computer to transfer files. Drivers including took and with site Acer.
Win 7 and 8.1. I have no 10s.

There is a connection, there is a device in Windows - there is no file transfer at all.

On the last tablet, when I had data transfer there, I was saved by the application My phone explorer. Download from the Internet, it is free, install it on your computer, and download from the marketplace and install it on the tablet. Synchronize - and via wi-fi (or, alternatively, bluetooth, but I have not tried) you can transfer any data from computer to tablet, and vice versa. I love this app very much, it is my magic wand. Make a simple test:
1 - charge the cut down device from 0 to the full original charge - and note the charging time.
2 - cut off the charging, start the toy - play before cutting the device down - note the discharge time!
3 - compare these 2 results with each other (and post it here)
4 - if you have any questions - then ask: yes2:
