Elder [offline] Group: Friendssavagemessiahzine.com Messages 3062 Check in: 04.05.08 Xiaomi Mi A1 4/64 Reputation: 1108 | Instructions for installing custom firmware. So let us immediately warn you: custom firmware on Android 7 is put on the body with the official / stock 7th android. Accordingly, when switching from 8, we roll back to the 7th (any stock), load it up to the welcome screen and can be turned off. Also, before rolling back, we save everything from the phone, otherwise everything will be removed by changing the mode / method of data encryption. 1) We load the phone into the bootloader and install it through the fasbutTWRP from Deadman When the phone is loaded into the recovery, you can copy all the necessary data / files for the firmware and the rest into the smart memory. 2) We do wipe / cleaning "Cleaning" ->"Selective cleaning" ->jackdaws (on the 3rd screen). 3) Choose ->"Installation". Select the desired firmware file. I have all collected in one folder and you can see on the screen. 4) Next ->"Reboot" ->"Loader" 5) Put again through the fasbutTWRP from Deadman 6) Once again we choose ->"Installation". Select the desired firmware file. This is for the 2nd slot firmware. 7) After installing the firmware, we install twrp (can thistwrp-3.1.1-1-installer-tissot.zip(7.71 MB) or thistwrp-3.2.1-1-installer-tissot-FIXED_By_DroiDMester.zip(10.58 MB) on an ongoing basis, whether it is necessary to roll a little, except for the firmware (they do not sew firmware — error 255), and everything else without problems and errors. 8) Flash Gaaps and Magisk. Choose ->"Installation". Select the desired file for installation. 9) Now Next ->"Reboot" ->"System" PS: When you jump from firmware to firmware (this applies to custom), before making a backup, delete all PIN codes and graphic keys. Otherwise, after data recovery, the password will write "wrong password" and you will have to set everything from a clean slate, or delete the file locksettings.db on the path / data / system / All good luck Post has been editedniisp - 02.03.18, 12:28 Reason for editing: Supplemented about the password when restoring backup -------------------- My works: Cyanogenmod 11, MokeeOS, CARBON-ROM, Resurrection Remix Rom and AOKP for P1 / P1XL -Huawei U9200 Ascend P1 - CyanogenMod Firmware (OS) Yes, and other works and achievements enough) |

Veteran [online] Group: Friendssavagemessiahzine.com Messages 1922 Check in: 23.03.13 Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite 4/64 Reputation: 516 | Instructions for installing custom firmware 8.1; 9.0 (based on AOSP, Lineage) on Mi A1 (transition from custom to custom, custom to custom) Preparing: Important information! Before starting the manipulations, I recommend disabling all methods of locking the device (pincode, graphic keys, fingerprints) Copy, backup important information for you to another medium. Starting from the version of the stock firmware 9.5.11.0 and above, when you unlock the bootloader, it will reset to the factory settings, boot into the system (account settings, networks, etc. skip) We throw on the memory card or flash drive: Who does not have a memory card or flash drive, download files to a PC Firmware archive Gapps Magisk (zip archive), twrp ....- installer-tissot.zip We put in the Tools folder (who has a constant twrp installed, skips this) recovery.img ______________ Download: recovery.img(22.23 MB) twrp-installer-tissot--3.2.3-0.zip(12.7 MB) Or TWRP-Installer-3.2.1-with-Tissot-Manager-2.5.zip(12.78 MB) Open gapps(I do not recommend stitching gapps stock, as with their firmware there are a lot of lags in the system) download Beans gapps: download Magisk.zip Download Installation: For those who have established a permanent TWRP, we start with paragraph 5 1. Go to the Tools folder, open the command line in the Tools folder, switch the phone to fastboot mode and connect it to the PC 2. Unlock the bootloader with the command fastboot oem unlock 3. Enter team fastboot boot recovery.img 4. The phone will boot into a temporary TWRP 5.W TWRP go: Advansed Wipe, select wipe dalvick, data, system If you install the Android 9.0 firmware instead of wipe, it is done "format data" For those who do without a memory card or flash drive: We connect the phone to the PC. Copy the downloaded files from the PC to the root of the phone memory (firmware, gapps, twrp-installer.zip, magisk.zip) 6. Go to the initial screen, clickInstall Choosearchive with firmware PushAdd more zips, choosetwrp-installer-tissot.zip Svaypom right flush 7.In TWRP, we return to the initial screen, selectReboot / Recovery If you flush the Pixel Experience, the installation gapps skips, they are sewn into the firmware 8. For gapps to work on most custom firmware, magisk installation is required. PushInstall, choosegapps(arm 64), clickAdd more zipsaddMagisk.zip..We sew. 9. Reboot into the system!
