Tweak works. I found the instructions on the English-language forum (although I do not have one such problems).
With a long press on the book in the list of books in the long drop-down list will appear the button "Export quotes". After clicking on it, Kobo will offer to give the name to the file created in the root of the txt book. It is better not to open it with a notebook (for all the formatting flies, and they go in a solid stripe) but with a Word - then the breakdown into different quotes will be preserved.
