So the price is not determined by consumer properties of the product. Samsung in Russia has managed to bring the flagships to the level of the iPhone, make them the same prestigious accessories. Huawei is still far away. As a user of the Samsung S7, I see only one advantage with the P20 / P20 Pro - this is the camera, everything else - the disadvantages:
- large frames around the screen compared to S9 / S9 +;
- there is no support for wireless charging;
- There is no emphasis on the function Always On Display, which Samsung is great;
- There is a stereo speaker only in the P20 Pro, while the simple version of the S9 is equipped with an excellent stereo speaker;
- for someone, the lack of a minijack, as well as a “low” screen resolution, will be a disadvantage; for me it doesn't matter;
- Samsung has an excellent OS and an abundance of clear and simple services, such as Knox (a protected section of the phone, where you can install duplicates of any applications, not only from the list, as is done in Huawei), smart unlocking of the device depending on location and connection with other devices (for example, my phone is not blocked at home and in the car, it is blocked in all other places and requires entering a PIN code or a fingerprint), Samsung Pay (yes, this is a widely advertised and convenient function, Huawei will have to explain to the consumer that in their those efonah also have a payment system and called it Google Pay) and many others.

Interesting comparison. IMHO, with the exception of the pictures in the car and one photo with the wrong White Balance at the prosh, everywhere won proshk. But on video - S9 favorite. In 4k - the lack of a stub is very significant - IMHO is almost not a working option for shooting with it. But in full HD - with stabilization everything is fine, but the detailing is lost.
But I was surprised by the big problems with overexposures in S9 and in the photos and in the video, the proshka has no such problems.
I also noticed that 40MP images are too dark to go on the machine. IMHO 40mp pictures need to be done on the machine only with sufficient lighting, but in cloudy weather and poor lighting it is better to do it in manual mode, with a longer shutter speed.
Of the shortcomings of 10MP images - overshoot, especially visible when approaching. Of course, it’s not so monstrous, but it’s surprising to me, especially considering the softness of 40MP shots.

P.S.
The subject of the zoom in this comparison is not disclosed at all. But the prosh zoom is the strongest part!
