A device in the state of a brick (well, almost) I can roll only from a 1024040 hamster flash drive with virtually no drivers. What to do? Maybe someone immediately after the purchase made a backup. Financially not necessary, but the algorithm is as follows:
1) go to Jan Morrison (http://linuxiumcomau.blogspot.ru)and pick up the image of ubuntu there, chased through isorespin.sh (or run it yourself according to the instructions)
2) dump it on a USB flash drive and edit grub.conf:

set gfxpayload = keep

change to

set gfxpayload = 800x1280x32

but

quiet splash

change to

i915.modeset = 0

(although the latter, perhaps, is not necessary, but just for the list, since there). PS: you can also at the same time and fbcon = rotate: 1 to prescribe that the head outside the X does not roll on its side.
3) insert the USB flash drive
4) In Win10: Start menu ->"Shutdown" ->"Restart" (click while holding Shift on the keyboard)

UEFI format flash drive should be. Then it loads. Sometimes the problem happens to be loaded, then through the OTG connector.
